the artists on ebay have these virtual living rooms where they are able to display their paintingson the wall usually above a settee, or hallway, i was wondering where do i get such templates if that is what they are called to display my own works.

Do-you mean an eBay shop ?
If not, sure you can open an eBay shop and sell your works that way.
