Well,it's not that hard that some people would tell you it is :)
But ,let me know which Arabic would you like to learn? a specific dialect or the MSA "modern standard Arabic" ?
because Btieti's answer were Moroccan accent. But, a common shared Arabic is the MSA or Classical Arabic.
Also let me know please if you wanna just learn how to speak it or to read &write it as well ?

That's a tall order to fill here. Try checking your local library for DVD's or books on tape. I checked out turkish tapes once before a trip to Turkey and they was surprisingly effective.
