Animals were not made in God's image, and lack a soul. Humans are the only being on the planet with the ability to tell wrong from right, and to make moral decisions. Animals only act on instinct.
In the bible it states that you should not lay with a man as you would with a woman,or a woman as tho she were a man. Altho it is deemed a sin, you can be forgiven and saved even if you have committed any sin. No one sin is worse than another.

Get your Holy Bible out and turn to Gen. 19: 5-8, Lev.20:13, 1 Cor. 6:9, 1 Tim:1:9-10. Now I'm not a minister of any church but you had asked where in the Bible does this state concerning homosexuals. Now also you need to understand that it also states in the Bible that God forgives all sins if you are sincere about asking for "forgiveness". I feel that if a person commits a sin whatever it may be that if you ask God for His forgiveness that He will forgive you and you will not burn in hell so do speak. To answer your next question, I don't believe that God intended for animals or any creatures to be under this catagory. Hope this has helped.

The Bible consistently tells us that homosexual activity is a sin (Genesis 19:1-13; Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9). Romans 1:26-27 teaches specifically that homosexuality is a result of denying and disobeying God. When a person continues in sin and disbelief, the Bible tells us that God “gives them over” to even more wicked and depraved sin in order to show them the futility and hopelessness of life apart from God. 1 Corinthians 6:9 proclaims that homosexual “offenders” will not inherit the kingdom of God.
God does not create a person with homosexual desires. The Bible tells us that a person becomes a homosexual because of sin (Romans 1:24-27), and ultimately because of their own choice. A person may be born with a greater susceptibility to homosexuality, just as people are born with a tendency to violence and other sins. That does not excuse the person choosing to sin by giving into their sinful desires. If a person is born with a greater susceptibility to anger / rage, does that make it right for then to give into those desires? Of course not! The same is true for homosexuality.
However, the Bible does not describe homosexuality as a “greater” sin than any other. All sin is offensive to God. Homosexuality is just one of the many things listed in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 that will keep a person from the kingdom of God. According to the Bible, God’s forgiveness is just as available to a homosexual as it is to an adulterer, idol worshipper, murderer, thief, etc. God also promises the strength for victory over sin, including homosexuality, to all those who will believe in Jesus Christ for their salvation (1 Corinthians 6:11; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

Being a homosexual is not a sin. It is the practice of homosexuality that is sinful. The Bible states in the book of Leviticus, Chapter 18 Verse 22. "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable." The following verse addresses beastiality (sex with animals).
We are all born to be sexual creatures. Desire is a normal and a God given sense. However, just as straight people are called to remain pure until such time that God joins them together with another, homosexuals are also required to remain pure. Yes, I am sure it would be difficult to remain without the sexual gratification that all people desire but if that is the card you were dealt then you face an additional challenge. Many people choose to spend their life without sex.

A) It is NOT being a homosexual that gets you in trouble. It's ACTING sexually in a homosexual manner that lowers the boom on you.
B) Animals have extremely limited free will. Where there is no freedom of will, there can be no sin. When you cannot choose, you cannot sin. Therefore even homosexual sexual behavior in animals is not sinful. It's just, for them, a way to bond, to let off steam in ways other than aggression.

Since animals were not created with souls like humans are, they will not be held accountable for their actions.
The Bible speaks against many sins, and the Old Testament way of dealing with most sins was either death (for murder, malicious acts such as arson, or any action that would potentially defile the nation) or restitution (for theft or fraud).
Homosexuality is considered a sexual sin, along with adultery, incest, rape, etc.
The relationship between man and woman in marriage is symbolic of God's relationship with the church. In a homosexual relationship, this symbol is distorted. God created sex, He made it for procreation and also a way for a husband and wife to establish intimacy that can not be found in any other relationship. He also created sex to be tons of enjoyable fun. Read Song of Solomon. It is beautiful, poetic imagery of what sex should be like.

The word homosexual is not mentioned in the Bible but what homosexuals do is clearly written as an abomination;
Rom 1:24Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Rom 1:26For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
God's word is quite plain even though Homosexuals and their allies hate reading or hearing it but, hey... take it up with God.

God created only an man and woman in the beginning not two men. GOD also destroyed TWO CITES on count of sex with he same sex and with animals etc.He told the only holly man and his wife and family, that lived in the city to run and don't look back and she did and to this day she still stands as an piller of salt, get the movie The Bible and it will show you all you need to know.You only see an male and female animal of any kind together not two males,does that tl you something.

It's clearly forbidden in the OT, and is to be punished by death by stoning. I don't know the passage exactly, but I think it's in Deuteronomy. But there are hundreds of death-worthy offences in the OT. It's not a nice book.
Nobody chooses to be homosexual any more than they choose their race.
