Kundalini is not Started.. it is not a motor car
Kundalini is the Eternal Mother Energy, who can be awakened in us.
Kundalini should not be tried, without proper guru as it may lead to insanity or even death
However with Pranayamas, Kriyas and meditations, we can benefit from the Positive energies of Kundalini, and this slow process is safer
