That has not been my experience with any Churches that I have attended. I don't think I would stay if they did. Christian Church do call sin what it is, sin, and some take that as hate.

Cults may inspire hate and bigotry, but how can churches which preaches the love, mercy and forgiveness of God do this in all good conscience? I am a Catholic, and I just don't see this is the Bible, nor in the Catholic Church.

The hatred and Bigotry are against God by breaking his Commandments. Christians are just sticking up for themselves.

Same as it's ever been. Hate, fear, bigotry, violence. Is it any wonder? Their book is full of damnation, voilence, incest, murder and oppression. Not a real good example to follow.
