It depends on how fast your hair grows..normally its take about less then 4 months but for and average your hair should me middle length in 6 months....and by the ways braids are STILL in style so is dreads, twist and cornrows :D

It relies upon on how this black boy's hair grows. in case you prefer a shitty fro then perhaps approximately 2 months, yet for a applicable braidable fro, attempt 4 months and you're able to be chuffed.

it depends on who is going to braid it some prople grip hair better than others but you should start gettin it braided after the second month or so
