Mostly the same as other answers. Sleep, re-hydration, and a hot shower can help. Other than that, just time, and better self-control the next time. Good luck!

Preventing and even curing a hangover is not a new idea. From archaic at-home formulas to popping a few aspirin in the morning, treatments are available, but not necessarily comparable. Aspirin is known to be harmful to the liver when mixed with alcohol. There are many anti-hangover pills on the market right now and there is a catch. With pills one needs to take several dosages over time to avoid the dreaded hangover. Some marketers suggest taking two pills before drinking, two pills every hour while drinking, and two pills after drinking! The topical patch, on the other hand, works 2 to 3 times faster than a pill and guarantee to work 12-24 hours after your last drink.
OR
# Sleep. Rest is your best friend at this point to give your body a recover. It is best to stay in bed so call in to work if you have to, tell them you have the stomach flu. You will sound so horrible on the phone they may believe you (unless they saw you at the bar, not a good idea then).
# Replenish your body with fruit juice and water.
# Avoid caffeine. A weak cup of coffee may be okay but a lot of caffeine will continue to dehydrate you, the opposite of what you want right now.
# Drink orange juice for Vitamin C.
5. Drink a sports drink like Gatorade or Powerade.
6. Eat mineral rich food like pickles or canned fish.
7. In Poland, drinking pickle juice is a common remedy.
8. Drink a Bloody Mary. While the popular phrase “hair of the dog that bit you” may sound logical with a shot of whiskey left in the bottle next to your bed, it’s only temporary. Try a Bloody Mary instead, while your blood is dealing with the new alcohol it is ignoring the old and in the mean time tomato juice and celery are full of vitamins. If you drank the last of the vodka make a Virgin Mary.
9. Take a shower switching between cold and hot water.
10. In Ireland it was said that the cure for a hangover is to bury the ailing person up to the neck in moist river sand.

Your body is depleted of fluids and dehydrated, so water is obviously good, but Gatorade/Orange Juice always help me. And of course SLEEP. The best way to cure a hangover is to sleep through it.

First, drink an Alka-Seltzer. The go to Burger King and order a Whopper Jr with cheese, small fries and a 7-UP. Works every time. Or just have a big Bloody Mary with lots of horseradish.

water......while yer drinkin and still drunk. It wont do you much good the next mornin. And in my perevious experiances, sleep dpes not help a hangover. Me and my friends have been up all night drinkin and only got a few hours of sleep and we felt better then as compared to nights we drank less and got longer amounts of sleep. I know several people who agree with this. But someone pointed out to me that it might be becasue during thatsleepingtime you are not consuming water. so I dont know....basicly...water is key!!!!!!

Don't ask me why but when I did drink, a liverwurst sandwich with mayo and a huge slice of onion seemed to always work for me. A "seasoned" drunk will pop aspirins during the partying to avoid hangovers but you'll get your own method, all drunks eventually do.

a couple of asprin, sleep and lots of water or gatorade. Also the other way which is going to sound super gross but vomiting and/or pooping. Flushing those bad toxins right out of the body is a sure fire way to feel lots better.
