I already deal with neck/cervical back pain/a bad shoulder/my right knee on the verge of giving out again/asthma/copd/born with celiac was treated but did not know you have to live on a glutin free diet.I have other issues, but I have been having this other issue and I can't get my doctor to understand this.I do go to pain management as I also take pain killers.
I have inflamation right at the very end of the tail bone (I hope that is the correct way of putting it) many times I can not raise my ownself up out of bed like as if I have no control and it is very painful.I have to yell for my roommate so
that I can use her arms to at least try and sit up,but I am so stiff and in tears I
need help to stand up.I can't even really describe this matter but it is like I am so
inflamed inside and once I am up I walk so stiff just to get to the restroom.I do
not like the pain,and I don't undertand it.Any idea??

I am sorry to hear about your pain. I don't know anything about your background- have you had prior surgeries, or any accidents that led to your back pain, etc. With that, here is my input:

There are generally two types of chronic joint or back pain- those that are worse in the morning and get better with activity, and those that get worse during the day or with activity. With the latter, it is usually related to age or trauma, like osteoarthritis. With the former, it is usually an inflammatory arthritis, like rheumatoid, lupus, etc. It could also be cancer, but you are really too young for that.

Since you have celiac disease as well as asthma, you may have more of an inflammatory process, as many autoimmune diseases are related or associated with one another. It sounds like your pain is worse in the morning, and if you've told this to your doctor, I am sure he/she has tested you for a rheumatology panel. This is a battery of tests for any auto-antibodies that you may have, ie whether or not your body is attacking itself. If not, that would be a good first step.

See a chiropractor

Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

I've had chronic back pain for 24 years. Have you done anything lately that could have irritated your back? How's your posture? That will affect it. And how you sit. My mother-in-law went to the emergency room for back pain, (she'd pulled something), and was given a shot that helped a lot. When I sleep, I try not to sleep for too many hours without getting up and moving around to keep myself limber. I would try taking some glucosamine with chondroitin. It helps rebuild cartlidge, and does seem to help back pain. I'd say that you overdid it doing something that you shouldn't have attempted probably and have strained something. I go to a chiropractor, the only relief I can get for mine. For something like that he would recommend ice packs. Also, chiropractors say that if something hurts, don't favor it too much, it's the worst thing that you can do.
