NO! Your body is not going to respond as much to the surgery after a pregnancy, in other words, what happens to a pregnant body will far outweigh any benefits of a lipo surgery... wait unti AFTER you're done having kids. You'd pretty much be wasting your money if you did that beFORe. Workout and eat right before and take it easy but continue exercising during pregnancy. Have a plan after the baby is born, but be prepared for a DIFFERENT body afterward. But, a body that has performed a marvelous miracle.
