The lactic acid is being released in your muscles and can be helped if you take a warm bath, eat good amounts of foods high in protein and calcium and take one day off between really strenous workouts for the 1st 2 weeks of your workouts. Its working! Keep it up! It IS good to gently stretch your muscles, it helps to keep them lean and loose (as opposed to tight and knotty) after workouts. Be sure to warm up with a walk or a few jumping jacks before you stretch prior to workouts.

Well if your new to working out, then the pain is just natural. Once you get on routine, the pain eases; but the results are worth it. Its your choice but I would say keep going.
Oh yeah and um I wouldn't stretch your stomach after you work out,
try doing it before so it won't hurt as bad when you work out, or just do it during the workout, but try doing it earlier in the routine
