I'd say give yourself plenty of time in the morning, then have a healthy breakfast with time to get it to digest a little, then exercise. Your body has rested all that time, now it needs some nutrition. Bet you'd feel great if you did that too!

Milk. It wont furnish you with abdomen fat. abdomen fat is brought about by stress and too a lot cortisol. Your extra likley to get an over production of cortisol from the gymnasium then you fairly are from a pitcher of milk! milk has relaxant hormones in it, highly from the very actuality cows want to be comfortable or in a non violent state to be milked. also, protein shakes are actually milk or lacotse depending- thats the very similar stuff that comes from a cow. i does no longer upload sugar, merely have milk on my own. Sugar can furnish you with abdomen fat (it promises to the production of a hormone stated as cortisol which will produce extra fat which lies round your abdomen) And only for notes, milk does fairly have a honest quantity of protein in it. Which as its milk, is fairly merely acepted into your body a lengthy way swifter then the protein present day in meat or nuts to illustrate.

Yeah, I think so, but leave about a 30 minute break between eating and working out. You get the energy you need, but don't feel sick after you work out... Then have a little snack after you work out to boost you energy.

my guess is after working out. because you will probably get cramps from the food in your stomach, but before you work out drink a HEALTHY NATURAL drink, like orange juice or vitamin drink.
