My Friend Has A Problem...?

ok so my frend lauren has a problem with her skin, shes tred creams and all that. but nothing works on her arms there is just a red patch. its not that bad but my friend lauren is very self-contious about it. is there anything she can do to make it go away?

she'd better see a dermatologist.......certain creams/ lotions could aggravate it
