Why shouldn't you pick moles?

A mole which changes in size, shape or colour needs to be seen by a doctor in case it has become malignant, so I guess you wouldn't want to do anything which might make it do that!

Moles are harmless unless they bleed (which they will do if you pick them) change size or colour (which will probably be the result of you picking them and making them bleed). If this happens then the mole may be cancerous and not just in the small part that is the mole. One of my friends had to have half of their back removed to contain all the cancerous cells that had spread and then had to go through the agony of chemo and then skingrafts. So if you have any moles leave them well alone and check on them regularly to make sure they haven't grown or changed form or colour. Stay safe.

You shouldnt pick moles because...
...If you make it bleed, and it becomes infected, its a worry.
Also they link moles with skin cancer - and so dont mess with them, as its not worth the risk.
Hope this makes sense!
Dont pick them!
