How would you know if a girl at work fancied you???
GIRL 1:
When she walks past-she lowers her head as she passes me,other times she smiles and we make eye contact.When her friends walk past-they look at me+smile.Then they suddenly start talking again as soon as they pass me!!!The same happens during lunch.I sent her a valentine card and my mate said that her friends were talking about it. Good signs???(not spoken to her yet)
GIRL 2: (speak to this one)
Continuous flirting,being rude to you 1 day,but polite the next,saying she wants to get to know you better?
She always mentions how I pulled her mate - WHY???
I pulled her mate when we all went out as a group.(her mate outside of work)This was 2 months ago!Why she keep bringing it up?
(She's got a boyfriend though he won't commit!There are moments when we just stare into each others eyes!!!)

You'll never know for sure with women unless you act assertively to discover the truth. From your description, it would appear they fancy you, yet let me stress the word appear. You have to take the first step. It's all about that for a guy when it comes to relationships. Just make your first step at the right time. It's about timing. If she says yes, then you are going to make sure she's relaxed enough afterwards not to change her mind.
