Sometimes it's okay to be sad for no reason. As long as you aren't sad all the time.
Maybe trying going out for a walk in the fresh air or going for a bubble bath and pamper yourself a little bit. Or just help yourself to a lovely cuddle from the man in your life.
Good luck with your job interview tomorrow xx

Could it be the weather? Sometimes the cold weather can make us want to hibernate, so to speak. Some people have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). This simply means that they get depressed more during the winter months when the days are shorter. If the mood persists, maybe you should see your doctor. If it's just mild depression, try a few relaxing methods: a warm bath infused with lavender salts, chamomile tea with lemon and honey, a little hot chocolate, warm milk, or just a little relaxing music. Try taking a short walk, even just around the block, just to get you out of the house for a bit. If you have a pet, take it with you on your walk. Even if your pet is a cat, bird, or ferret, they'd enjoy the walk too (yeah, they make leashes for cats, birds and ferrets). Maybe you could cuddle with your pet when you get home from your walk. These things might help!

It's the time of year probably, get out in the fresh air even if only for 15 minutes - walk around the block
Good luck for the interview

I think this happens to everyone every once in a while. I am rarely a sad person, but occasionally I have a day where I am just incredibly depressed.
As long as this isn't a regular feeling, do what you feel like doing today, and feel better knowing that it won't be like this forever.

Concentrate on that interview. You want to be fresh and level headed. Take a mini road trip. Take a drive down a country road. Go to your local park and walk around. Buy that cute outfit you've had your eye on. Just get out of the house and get moving.

There could be many reasons you feel this way.
Depression
Too much sugar (high or even low blood sugar)
Poor diet
Certain foods and food allergies can cause depression
Weather (Cloudy, rainy days can cause depression
If this is a new problem, examine your diet for the last few days or weeks
If this is a recurrring problem, you might need to see a doctor and have tests to determine if it is a physical problem

It's called being a woman. I was like that yesterday and today I feel much better. It is also that time of the month and I'm sure that may be responsible. You'll snap out of it. Just curl up and relax to T.V. today.

Are you eating healthily and sleep well? They both affect your emotions - I speak from experience.. eating healthily has definite advantages.
Maybe its the time of year? My sister gets really sad in winter. She's only just realised why after years of this. Lots of folk get SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder - or something like that) which means they are really sad in winter and need more sun (not just fed up of rain like the rest of us lol). You can get special light bulbs or lamps apparently.
