Start lifting weights. When you grunt and grimace from the agony, that will produce muscle in your jaws. Think about it.

Lifting weights will make your jaw more defined, and if you make your neck muscles larger, your jaw muscles will be a little larger too, but it is difficult to make specifically jaw muscles. Work out like a football player, when my son was on the football team, he had great jaw muscles.

Chew beef and dont eat it, just chew. It's the toughest digestable thing I know...act like gum after a while...

chew big wads of bubble gum. chewing gum is thin and wears out too soon, bubble gum gets tougher as you chew it. great jaw workout.
