No.
But remember, God will not be mocked. Whatever a man (church) sows, that shall he also reap. In other words, God doesn't allow believers to get away with sin.
If your church disappointed you in the way they are spending tithe funds, you have the resp. to let them know your feelings, hold them accountible - if no resolution, change churches or stop giving and find your own charitable cause to pay your tithe directly to.
However, in our church - tithes pay for the church, salaries, utilities, in addtion to helping the poor and mission work.

If you are giving to a Church then you understand where the tithes and offering go. I have never heard of any Christian doing this and quite frankly doubt if any would. People who support their Church do so willingly and the Church is very open about where the money goes. It just really bugs some people that we have a building to pray and worship God, doesn't it.

No refunds allowed.
I had a friend that tithed all the time a good chunk of change. About 120 a week.
Then she had a falling out with the pastor.
I had told her a long time before no tithes.
I then asked is a very coy manner if she asked for a refund after she had left the church..
She wouldn't answer me. So I asked again, just to be sure she got the point.

giving the tithe should be done with the right heart attitude-
if that is the case- once I give soemthing , it is given- it is not my responsibility how ir where it is spent- that is not to say that I should not be discerning and walk in obedience before I give, but once I have given I have done what I am called to do. How the money is spent after that is between the spender and God- it is out of my hands. demanding a refund or even an apology would show that my heart was not in the right place for giving - in that case- the plank would need to come out of my eye before I sought to get the speck out of the spenders - we are all accountable to God for how we choose to obey or disobey His commands

Where do you think those pretty churches come from, all polished and shiny, with all that cool gear the leaders wear? Your money is for the bling...
