okk its feb 25th by march 12 i want to lose as much as weight possible...10lbs !!....NO DIET PILLS....i can exercise home and diet soo help please. thank you!

Check out the cabbage soup diet. It does work, but it's not easy to stick to. Good news is you only do it for a week.

Bad news: If you go off the diet and right back into an unhealthy lifestyle or eating unhealthy proportions of food, all that weight will come right back.

Well that's not much time, but i would say exercise 6 days a week do cardio 3 non consecutive days then do some strength training the other days. Strength training boosts up your metabolism and thus you burn more calories at rest. Try to eat only 1200-1300 calories a day and make sure its healthy food. That's the best diet with out harming your body. Drinks LOTS of water at least 2-3 litres. Good luck

OK there is 2 ways you can do this the hard way is faster but the easy way is slower

first the easy way : is stead of eating lots of food at brakefast launch and dinner instead you should eat a low fat snack every 3 hours enough to fill your stomch try a egg sandwhich thats good

the hrad way : eat one huge llow fat meal that will keep you goin the rest of the day you will be very hungry

besure to keep away from soda drink 8 cups of water a day and do a lil excercize

The best way is to do a detox. I lost 33 lbs within 2 months on a detox.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water and work out if you have time.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

Why?
Forget the diet. What you lose you will quickly regain. Just watch what you eat and exercise more. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you will loose weight, however you must have the proper vitamins and minerals for your body to loose the correct weight. Starvation diets will cause you to loose muscle mass which you don't want to do. Ten lbs in what, 16 days. Do you want to be healthy?

Cut out all dairy products and redmeats and bread. stick to chicken, cous cous, salad, veg, fruit, brown rice and brown bread, and if you need cheese, have cottage cheese. Cut out alcohol ( yes i know ). But fruit is natures candy, don't you just love strawberries? keep some fruit in a drawer at work, it is quite satisfiying actually! The weight watchers meals you can eat, they are nice. Um... you could have soups (preferablly non-creamy, but if you have no bread with it then go ahead) um, jacket potatoes with cottage cheese or tuna, or even baked beans. Think of what you like to eat and alter them. You could have smoothies for breakfast :D i hope i helped! xXxXxXxXx

Okay, my suggestion is LOADS of fruit and water. Don't go starving yourself, remember, guys don't go for anorexic sticks. Be normal, have the perfect body. NEVER take diet pills. They can destroy your system. Okay?
