I just need to remember to do my sit ups everyday, but I NEVER remember. I need to start doing them, or else i won't flatten out my stomach the rest of the way by spring break. How do YOU remember??!

I have chronic pain so I must exercise, if I don't I then a simple thing like walking or stooping to get something is difficult.
Even with that I used to forget. Now, I do them in bed. Before my feet touches the floor I have done yoga positions, sit ups, back stretches, leg lifts etc.

I remind myself before I go to bed that I have to make extra time for it. I set goals as to how much and what I am going to do each day.

Sometimes I don't feel like it, I tell myself I will do 5 minutes worth and before I know it I am doing half hour or more.

The motivation of health and my clothes fitting better are also huge motivators.

Do your exercises at the same time everyday. If you do them before or after a certain TV show you will remember.

It's just part of my morning routine. Wash up, brush hair and teeth, do makeup, do sit ups, get dressed. That's it. You wouldn't forget those other things, so just lump them in with them.
And yes, I keep my blinds closed when I do sit ups in the nude!

it depends on how well you prioritize things. if its important to you to flatten the belly you'll remember. and once you get into a routine you;ll do them every morning. but its up to you to remember.

If you weigh yourself every day, that would be a good "tie-in" to doing those sit-ups. Get out the scale, and then do the sit-ups.

you just keep thinking that your fat all the time. If that doesn't work try setting alarms to do it at the same time everyday. sooner or later you'll get into the habit

If I don't do my exercises, the guilt overtakes me.
