why would you want to hold on to someone who is no longer sure that they want to be with you....let him go and if it is meant to be then he will come back to you....if not, then it is better to learn that now rather than later....good luck

Let him go, and see if he comes back. You cannot make someone love you. If he wrote you a letter indicating that he's not sure of his feelings for you and needs some time and space, you definitely need to let him go. That shows that you are mature and if he comes back then it was meant to be. If it hurts while he is gone try to keep your mind occupied with something, learn a new hobby or something.

Let it go and move on with your life. Better to know you are in love for sure than keep you miserable. If it's meant to be they'll come back.

let him go, not worth the pain and wondering, go have some fun and maybe you will meet someone who doesnt have to question feelings, either you love someone or you dont, and if he is questioning it now then there is a problem.
