The results will probably be better with proffesssional hair cutting tools, but if you are really good at cutting hair, normal house scissors are OK.

You should really only use hair scissors. If you decide to use 'normal' scissors try to only use that particular pair of scissors on your hair. You'll get a better cut each time if you don't cut cloth and paper with the same scissors.

Normal scissors will do the job, but so will a machete or garden shears. For a hair cut that looks half-normal, use haircutting shears.

what ever you do DONT USE REGUALR 1ST GRADE SCISSORS! plz lol there are some special scissors that you can find at walmart in the hair section or at walgreens

regular scissors can cut but will not do a good job as they will slip and only cut a little at a time.
