There's no scientific proof that going to sleep with wet hair is bad, its mostly just an old wife's tale. The worst thing that can happen is that you could get a headcold, if you're in a cold climate, since you didn't dry it properly.

Going to sleep with wet hair isn't bad for you at all. It just gives you a wet pillow.

I've been told never to sleep with wet hair coz it might give u health probs later when ure older.I have long thick hair, and i actually dont sleep with wet hair, better be safe than sorry..lol..i rather not take the risk of having some probs later in the future juz coz am too lazy to wash it earlier in the morning.Nowdays i juz either wash em in the mornin or ( if i really need to ) dry it..never liked drying it with the hairdryer either coz in the long run, it dries my hair out & makes it brittle.. i have my "rules" when it comes to my hair..thats why i get lotsa compliments from it..lol...Hope i helped!

not if you are in a really warm room and won't get chilled by morning... I have done that and gotten sick from it... I also have had shorter hair and when I went to bed with it wet, it was so wild in the morning that it was out of control and I just had to wet it again! So, I don't usually go to bed with it wet.. unless it is in the summer time and I can't stand the heat! ;0)

Lets see:
uncontrollable hair in the morning
soggy pillow
chance of catching a cold
your head is cold for hours
if you have long hair the blankets and jammies get wet
Sounds yucky to me. I think its bad. I can't really see anything good to it.

No, it just might give your hair kinks overnight. Be sure to put in conditioner if you are going to do that.
