Christmas island, and Easter island are good holidays.
(pun intended) Honestly, they are nice places.

Falkland Islands, South Georgia & Antarctica. Expensive but absoluuutely fantastic.
I'd happily go back to each of the following....Peru, Chile (inc Easter Island), Ecuador & Galapagos Islands, Thailand, Bali, India, Iran (seriously - excellent country to visit), Jordan, Turkey, Maldives, Italy, Croatia, Kenya, Egypt, Ethiopia, Mali.
It all depends on what you want, when you're thinking of going, whether you're looking to travel around or stay in one place, whether you want to party or to just have nice meals and a few beers with good company. Monsoon in India isn't much fun for a tourist but equally, cooking in Egypt in June isn't fun either. Iran isn't a good place if you want to be out partying every night but it has great archaelogical/historical sites. Similarly, there's not much to see in the Maldives apart from sandy beaches and fish, but the snorkelling is superb.
I'm about to go to Grenada & Carriacou (sun, snorkelling, beer & good seafood) then in the summer I'm off to Costa Rica (birdlife, some wildlife, natural beauty) before heading to India (tiger safari and the Taj Mahal) in November.
Variety is the spice of life.

Depends upon what you are looking for and what time of the year you are planning to go.
This time of the year - Thailand. Great weather, cheap, relatively safe. Buddist temples, massage, great food and shopping... There's a lot of activities for different tastes. Luxury 5* holidays in Phuket and Ko Samui islands or chilled out hippie existence in bungalos on Ko Pha Ngan (infamous Full Moon Party island) and Ko Tao.

Goa in India is the best holiday destination !!!!!!!! Internationally Goa is renowned for its beaches, Goa is visited by hundreds of thousands of foreign and domestic tourists each year, and has become one of the most popular holiday destinations for European travellers, particularly in the Northern hemisphere winter.
Besides beaches, Goa is also known for its world heritage architecture including the Basilica of Bom Jesus. Goa also has rich flora and fauna, owing to its location on the Western Ghats range, which are classified as a biodiversity hotspot. Goa is also famed for its sunny beaches.
Hope this helps.
