We go to church Sunday evenings so I've been using the crockpots to make dinner while we are gone. I'd love some great recipes if anyone will share :)

Easiest and fastest one I know-

Beef Roast

1 beef roast (whatever's cheap)
1 pkg Italian dressing mix
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 pkg dry brown gravy mix
1/2 cup water

Place roast in crock pot, add 1/2 cup water. Mix all three seasoning packets together and pour over roast, covering completely. Cook on low about 6-7 hours.

If you feel like it, you can also toss in a few potatoes and cover them with seasoning as well.
