i normally have 3 bowl of cereal with skimmed milk and no suger............good or bad?

3 bowls of cereal?? The skimmed milk is good, lots of calcium but less fat. Maybe you need different cereal, and spend time breaking the 3 bowl habit.

Have something filling like porridge. My hubby used to eat loads of weetabix, now eats porridge and while habit wants to eat more, he's not acutally hungry and can make it to lunch time without bingeing on biscuits! Eating slowly helps too.

Bran flakes are really good for you. Fully skimmed milk with no sugar is really good but 3 bowls is too much. Maybe you're not giving your stomach time to tell your brain that it's full. Try eating slowly then give it 30 mins before you decide to have more. I bet you'll feel full and won't want another bowl

Oatmeal is wonderful, it cleans your blood, and lowers cholesterol and carries fats out of the blood stream. Kellogg's Special K cereal is excellent. Eat ONE bowl of cereal with a half cup of 1 or 2% milk. No sugar, though you can get sugar substitutes and you can use the non sugar sweetened oatmeals and cereals.
Exercise...walking is wonderful, and do some crunches and bent knee sit ups. Check online for specific abdominal exercises. Good luck.

Shredded Wheat, Oatmeal and Special K Three bowls? at a time? Read the box.. what does it say a serving size is? That's what you eat.. try a banana with it or some other fruit. Skim milk is good as is a cup of decaf. coffee.

Bad, you can't live on cereal, you need protein and fruit and veg as well. You will lose weight fast but as soon as you eat normally you will put it all back on ultra fast.
Eat oats they are very good for you, Special K and Bran flakes.

stay away from that cluster cr*p its around 300 calories a bowl honey nut cheerios and capt crunch lucky charms are around 120 there all basically the same .........if you want really low calories try shredded wheat put some hot water on it for about 20 secs then add a little milk ...............total is good and so is plain cheerios whit some fruit

BAD!! Have one bowl of cereal and fruit!! If you really need cereal eat Special K!! It really works!!

thats bad why have 3?
Is that 3 a day or 3 for breakfast?
You shouldnt snack on cereal(if you do), instead have fruit and veg!

honey bunches of oats, Total K, and Raisan Bran are three healthier ones, with less sugar like about <8 grams of sugar per serving
