You have to remember not to take the rude/aggressive/bad driving of others personally. If you get cut-off, take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Driving can be an important part of your day to day life, but it's not as important as having good health (blood pressure) or spending time with your friends and loved ones (which you can't do if you end up doing something stupid that lands you in jail).

Maybe you can drive with some music on that you like to sing along with, or have on a comedy CD. I personally love the radio show Bob & Tom for my mornings. Then I listen to music in the afternoon.

Just remember, bad traffic happens in life, you have to breathe and keep on going.

There is road rage from idiot drivers that turn some into road rage idiots
Then there is what I call point A to point B where you are at point A and all you want to be at is point B and you rage that you have the in between to deal with

OR maybe you simply hate driving

maybe try driving in L.A. or N.Y.C. or Boston and Singapore will feel like a piece of cake!

Maybe your not following close enough, thus allowing people to cut in front of you. Or if you notice a big gap forming infront of you, close the gap before you can be cut off. thus gaining some control in your daily drive. notice which lanes flow freely and where. So you can avoid getting stuck in line. Learn from your mistakes, but don't break any local, state, or governmental laws while driving.

Becoz you need to seek professional help. Get a shrink, Singapore is not bad infact its a dream to drive in Singapore as compared to anywhere in India. So dont complain.

It's nervousness. Basically your fight or flight mechanisms are kicking in. Learn how to be calm and humble and realize that nobody is doing what they do on purpose. Don't cause a wreck or end up with a ticket before you do something.

I don't know. Maybe your car is an uncomfortable place to be. You should feng shui it or just clean it, add some nice air freshener and then get some calming music for the radio.

Hey, everyone is where they wanna be! If you really hated it there, you'd be living somewhere else. So, suck it up and don't let THEM spike up YOUR blood pressure!
