The first thing to do is to get a basket or box with a lid and fill it with soft towels you don't care about. Put it in a secure area that is separated from the other cats and especially the dog. Then put your soon-to-be-mom in it a lot. Try to make her think that this is a safe place she can have her kittens. (She's probably going under the bath because she wants protection.)
When she does have the kittens, and if you're around when it happens, you just need to hover over the box while she's having them. The kittens will come out in sacks. You might have to help the mother get the sacs open. Otherwise the kittens might suffocate. Also gently move the kittens to a nipple when they are out so they can get a grip and have food. After the mother gives birth she might try to move them somewhere. After she moves them you have to pick them up very very gently and move them to the place you want them to be. Put food and water right next to the box so the mother doesn't feel that she has to leave her kittens to get food and water. Keep moving the kittens to where you want them to be. Stay with her and the kittens as much as you can so you can help the kittens find nipples and you can pet/scratch the mother to make her feel good. Giving your mother cat special attention will make her feel more at home with her kittens.
And don't worry about the other female cat. Cat mothers are mean to any other cat that approaches. They are very protective. The other cats might come over to see what's up but your mom cat will hiss and make them leave. And if anything else that looks strange starts to happen or if you have more questions talk to your vet. They will know what to do!
Good luck with your kittens!

Try to close off any areas where you don't want her to have the kittens. Keep closet doors shut and dresser drawers closed. Find what you think is a safe place for her to have the kittens and make a nest for her, using old rags or towels and show the nest to her. Cats prefer a place where they aren't out in the open, but that is also comfortable. Of course you have to make sure that you can have access to it when she is giving birth in case she needs help. My cats actually want me to be with them when they are in labor!
As for the other female, I don't think she will be inclined to mother these kittens. She will probably ignore them or even hiss at them if she sees them. But I'm sure she would never harm them. cats respect each other that way.

Well, I've had the experience of watching plenty of cats have kittens. Try to find a box big enough for the cat to move around in. Put the box away from the other animals you have. Cats like their privacy. Stay with your cat and keep her company. Just you.

It is quite possible the other cat will help mother the kittens. Congratulations on the kittens and hopefully everything will work out well.

ok,im no expert but ive always had cats around.and my answer is just from experience. your cat would probably give birth under the bath cuz her instinct tells her that its the safest place for her kitten to be delivered.i think cats after giving birth moves their kitten after she delivers all of them to a more cleaner and nicer place cuz she doesn't want "preditors" to smell the "fume" like blood that came out with the kittens that stained the place where she gave birth.so dont worry about it and beside i think its better if you just leave you cat alone she knows what shes doin..hope that helps

Google Cat pregnancy and delivery on line. You should keep your other animals away from here and have your vets phone number on hand just in case.
