First of all you're a weirdo for rummaging through her sh!t. Second, if she's a live in maid, by law her assigned quarters are required to be treated with the sanctity of her home! She can file charges against you and should.
Though I think this whole question is a farce, I hope this info is enlightening.

What do you mean by heathenistic gods and small statues? How would you feel if she were to retort and say dont bring those heathenistic cross and other things about your religion. Shows how small and immature you are. You dont practice what you preach and you are truly not pure. Does it not say Love your neighbor as yourself. And you dont even consider your maid a human being and you talk of punishing her. What are you - GOD to punish her and for what? She has everyright to practice her religion as much as you do. If you consider yourself a true christian go find a christian maid or a robot to dance to your tunes. If she is live in she has a right to have a room to herself and within the limits have her freedom that includes bringing in her religious idols. Grow Up and read and understand the deeper meaning.

First of all. Be warned that what you have done is a serious crime. You cannot throw her personal property away, because it doesn't belong to you.
Second. She is your maid, not your daughter. You are violating her privacy by entering her room and "rummaging through her stuff". You could face serious legal problems for this.
Third. You are committing religious harassment by placing crosses in her room, knowing that she is not a Christian.
The best advice you need is this: Stop what you are doing. If you keep doing it, you will have serious legal problems.
I hope you don't make the mistake of firing her because of her religious preference. That is a serious offense called Religious Discrimination.
Why do you want to punish a person who believes differently than you? I am sorry, but you are wrong in what you are doing. And you are lucky she hasn't taken you to court already to sue you for all your wrongful un-Christian acts.

4. Your not allowed to force someone to stop worshiping their own God.
5. They are NOT cursed! All Gods are one.
6. If your house is a pure christian home, then why have a hindu maid?

I either have to believe you're kidding...I give blessings to all sentient beings even if you're not. She is not cursing your home with her beliefs. It is her room. Can you imagine how hurt you'd feel if someone took a beloved cross of yours and arbitrarily threw it away just because they didn't like it. You'd be very hurt and outraged.
Why not practice compassion and tolerance? She is Hindu.
Read about Hinduism....you don't have to agree with it but you don't find her wrecking your holy objects. What an absolutely bigotted thing to do. Very cruel.....if you don't like her then fire her but stop torturing her. That's called bad karma. Or a sin, you're a Christian you should know that! Stealing, destroying someone else's personal belongings, judgment, hatred and exacting punishment.....Jesus was friends with a prostitute named Mary Magdelene if you recall.........COMPASSION, COMPASSION

If you have a live in maid and the only area she displays her beliefs is in her own room and no one can see it then let her be.
If this is the case and you continue to make her go against her beliefs then you could have a law suit on your hands. (freedom of religion)
As long as it does not interfere with her work and you allow her to practice her religion when needed. Then the two of you should be fine.

DON'T subject her to your beliefs. If the statues are hers and she keeps them in her own room, you have NO RIGHT to throw them away. They are not cursed things, and they are NOT idols. Let her practice her religion in peace. She's not imposing her religion on you. Imposing your beliefs is about the most twisted thing you could do. If you are doing that, then your home is not 'pure', it is a home of malice and evil.

You are also an idol worshipper..crosses are idols...so are pictures and statues of saints and Jesus...God says have no other gods before me nor bow down to them nor be induced to serve them for there is one God and Jehovah is my name. I am a jealous God.
Jesus is God's son...the firstborn of creation....he is not God. Jesus had a beginning. Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting.
Do not think that you are right rummaging through her stuff...you invade her privacy..she alone will answer for her idolatry...you will answer for yours...God will bring you to ruin for breaking his first commandment. It is as serious as murder or fornication.
