One tablet will probably be fine. I have been given amoxycillin from my vet for my dogs.

This really depends on the size of the dog. Whenever I've been prescribed Amoxcillin, they've always given me those huge horse pills. If your chihuahua ate one of those, I'd take her in. If your Bermese Mountain dog ate one, I wouldn't worry about it. Amox's purpose is just to kill bacteria, so it shouldn't hurt a moderately-sized dog who only ate one pill. You've got to remember though, that the one pill you're supposed to take is the correct dosage for someone of your body size (an adult), and use your judgment. Some dogs are as big as humans, and some aren't at all. When in doubt, call the vet.

Probably not but you can give a dog hydrgen peroxide to force the dog to vomit and this can remove the pill from the dogs system. Look up "induce vomitting in dogs" on line to find out the correct dosage. That is some good information to keep around if the dogs ever eats something truly dangerous. It takes about 10 minutes for the peroxide to kick in but it does work.

She will be fine. My small dog once ate at least half a big bag before we could get them picked up. SHe was like a high speed vacuum cleaner! She died of old age at 16 and a half. The only lasting effect was a bright memory of the smell of chocolate so that she came running and begging any time she got a whiff.

If it’s a larger dog, it will most likely be fine. If it’s smaller, the effect may be worse. Either way, monitor your dog for any changes in health. Do not leave it alone until you are sure it will be ok.
The vet’s office could probably answer this over the phone. Give them a call.

Not unless he is allergic to the meds. Other than that he will be just fine. If he is a small dog and the mg were high, say 800mg, he may have some diarrhea.
There is a possion control # for animals you can find it online.

Maybe not. Depends.
Contact your vet or the local animal emergency veterinary practice right away. This isn't something I'd refer to non-professionals about. You might even try Poison Control.

It should not harm him as long as he isn't having an allergic reaction to it. Watch him carefully for the next few hours and see if he is acting OK. If he starts to act strangely then off to the vets you should go.
