If I study the whole day?

If I study the whole day and take 10 minutes break between each hour, will that be too much for my brain?

It would drive you crazy girl.You can't spend the whole day study and look the book.You also need some times to relax and have a great and exciting time.Go listen to music,chill with friend and the other thing.But,you just need to arrange your time properly and know how to divide your time of study and the time to do other thing.

no, I don't think that it will be to much for your brain,but is your braining retaining all the info you are feeding it that is the question you know that you can study all day and all night and still flunk a test that you know deep down inside you studied for.So if you study the whole day and not retaining the info you are studying it will be just a waste of time.I'm not telling you not to study I'm just trying to get you to see that even if you study does your brain or are your brain storing the info. that's all because it would not be worth it to study all day and be asked later a question or two about what you have been studying and you don't know a thing.

I think that you should sleep as well, and take breaks for eating. But other than that, a ten-minute rest should be okay, depending on how dedicated you are to studying and if you're not easily distracted

talking biologicaly this wil surely help u to boost ur memory pwr up... as work+relaxation=sucess but our body also needs some time to come back to t fresh track so b sure tat u sleep also< bcaz when u sleeep ur mind is relxed an when plotted it gives gama graph an tis is said to help t mebomin secretion an tis in turn helps to enrgise t eye............. so rembr work hard but not at t cost of ur health...............
