it depends where in NEW YORK. That would be like me saying that I'm coming to VA, and I want to know the weather. Weather varies throughout the state, but, since you're obviously not from here, I'm going to assume that you mean New York CITY and they are predicting snow. It's not going to start till later tonight, but they say it could accumulate to as much as 7 inches.

Right now it's 10:30 am - it's 27 degrees, sunny and not a flake in sight. But they are predicting that it will snow later on today and tomorrow. Take your snowy weather shoes or boots, hat, gloves, etc and you'll be fine.
