I am in fairly decent shape, aerobically & strength-wise, but want to add something to my routine. I used to do Tae Bo back when it first became popular & loved it so am looking to get back into it. I'm not looking to "blast calories" with a mega cardio one, but just want to add to what I'm already doing for cardio & strength training. Any suggestions for which one to start with?

I started with the preview video-- it goes back a ways-- but any of the quicker videos would work-- The preview video works best though because it includes portions of the workout at all levels

billy blanks video are inspiring. he is really into health. he has a series of tae bo videos. flex express is a shorter version that i enjoy. included in his series is an instructional cd that goes over the moves slowly so you may work out effectively.
