Generally I neither read nor answer them, unless they are questions for Pagans (of any variety).
EDIT: I just scanned through a random sampling of my answers, and yep, I don't tend to answer questions specifically directed to religious groups other than my own.

usually read the question, and if the subject interests me, the answers, but tend to skip adding my obviously unwanted input, unless i'm just feeling argumentative and the asker is attacking whatever group they have addressed, because i think that's rude and sometimes enjoy saying so.

Depends how technical it is, if it is about how to interpret Luke 23:1 or something I'll leave them to it, if it contains errors about non-belief or factual misunderstandings then its fair game.
