I've been dragging the last couple of weeks. Any ideas for getting more energy?

Get more rest and add some exercise. .Caffeine works short-term . .Get at least 7-8 hrs. of rest.. and then get at least 30-60 minutes exercise daily, 5-6 days a week. Alternate between cardio and resistance training. Eat healthy at least 80% of the time and then you could actually eat some junk once in a while. Just don't make it a habit.

I don't know where you live but here in Connecticut we're all dragging from the snow and cold weather. LOL I know exercising gives me more energy. And, believe me, I do not do it vigorously. If it keeps up you might want to have your doctor run some blood tests.

Exercise will give you more energy. Even if you don't feel like it, just go take a walk or do some type of physical activity. It will make you more energetic.
