There's a button you can click on the taskbar that will give you a 3d view of everything you have open at once. you can scroll thru and choose what you want to look at. Neat, but requires a decent sized video card.

How it uses up unnecessary memory, Still crashes like its windows 95', and costs 300$. Go with Linux...
