Your dog as a eye infection, take your puppy to the vet to get eye drops, or you can go to your local pet store, they carry eye drops as well if money is a issue. I recommend vet eye drops though.

There are cleansing wipes at the local pet store that you can use for puppies. As they get older, there are cleansing solutions that work well. Try Drs Foster and Smith. They are affordable. Bring the pup to a vet to be certain it's not something medical, like allergies. Most dogs demonstrate allergies first in their eyes and ears. Other than that, regular grooming and cleaning should help.

First never and I mean never put anything in your pups eyes that hasn't been given to you by your vet.
Neosporin or any other human medicines could damage the pups eyesight forever.

You need to get these pups to a vet pronto! Eye infection can be nasty if left untreated for any length of time and can even cause blindness. This is nothing to fool around with get them to your vet!

Are you using anything dusty for bedding that might be causing an irritation?

Otherwise, I'd have one checked by a vet. It could be the beginning of an eye infection, and you may need an antibiotic eye drop.

Are these young puppies who can't open there eyes yet? If they are they need to be seen by a vet. If infection is trapped under their eyelids it can cause permanent vision loss!

Sounds like your puppy might have an eye infection or eye lash problems. Consult your vet, because this isn't normal.
