don't worry to much mommy, she found out that she too has a pocket to put things in , just like mommy and daddy,she'll out grow it sooner than you think , then you can reflect back in years to come , just how cute it was to make mommy worry her lil girl was acting like a kangaroo,,,,LOL , soon she'll be potty trained and wearing the big kids clothes, , enjoy it while you can.

Kids like to experiment :) My daughter had goldfish crackers in her diaper when I went to change her the other day. Still in one peice too :)
Remember Tommy from "Rugrats" keeping (among other things) a screwdriver in his diaper in order to escape the play yard? LOL

When my nephew was 2 he took his diaper off and played with his poop. I'd say that's a problem. I wouldn't worry about your daughter.

Children see adults put things in their pockets - so she's just copying you and her diaper is her pocket. It's just a phase - she'll grow out of it.

No - not weird. It's really cute.
That's how my son used to smuggle things out of sight.
Now that he's potty trained, he insists on pants with pockets.

Lots of kids do that. If she is not potty trained, that might be a sign she is ready to start!

no it is not weird or uncommon my daughter did it all the time she would hide stuff in it! it was just a stage with my daughter her dr. said that it would pass and it did!!don't worry about it!

no its not weird at all she is descovering hhow to place objects in places thats good. she sees her diaper open so she think hey look i can put something in there! (:
