Here are a couple of sentances you can say;
"Hey,do you want to come over to my house for some________ ?"
"Do you want to come to my house later for some_________ and I have the movie _________ and we can watch it?"
"Do you have any plans for tonight"? (If he says no say; "Then do you want to come to my house and ________________?"
Or you can ask him in a simple way
"Do you want to come over to my house?"

First, make it clear WHY you are inviting him. Casual? Sex? Think about your own reasons (be sure you're ready emotionally and physically to follow thru if it's sex) and just say that. Please be clear about your reasons when you're inviting a guy to your home. "Would you like to come over and watch a movie?" is fine so long as you are clear about your position on sex. Some guys do think ANY invitation into a woman's home is about sex. This is an issue you will continue to deal with for as long as you are on the "dating scene". Learn to set your boundries now and save yourself a lot of grief throughout your single life. You are responsible for you. Know yourself. Know your boundries and set them clearly. You may not get every guy you want this way, but you will be sure to NOT to be the next girl calling a date rape help line. Be clear. Be consise. Be yourself.

Just be yourself polite and not to forward, ask him if he has plans for the day/night in question. Get some common intrest going, talk about food or a movie, once you find what he likes or is intrested in seeing. Let him know that you make the best whatever, or that you have that movie, and suggest that if he would like he can come over to your house to eat or watch the movie. That simple.
