i like putting candy into rice crispies-- i usually do m&ms but you can use any small chocolate candy

Did you want the recipe for them? I think you must mean Rice crispie treats with m&ms in them. They are made with marshmello cream, melted butter and the candy. Mixture is stiff, press into a cake pan..cool and eat.(and of course, the rice crispie cereal) I think the directions are on the box. Snap.. crackle...pop!!!

Not sure of the composition of the cereal, but Special K actually has a new one with bits of dark chocolate in it.I didn't try it, but my 17 year old daughter loved it, and you know we're hearing a lot these days about the benefits of small amounts of dark chocolate!Anything that allows us to have BOTH healthy choices and little indulgences is alright in my books!
