"Dreamer" I'm simply trolling for commonalities, such as do they all happen around the same times of day? What kind of person is most likely to experience them and so on......

I'm not sure, but my daughter gets night terrors every couple of years. She's had them twice. She'll sort of be asleep but crying and screaming. Nothing can comfort her. I learned a little method and that was to let her cry it out for 10 minutes, and then put her in my son's playpen with absolutely nothing on her or underneath her but the cool mat. That seemed to help her when she was laying on her stomach. That's what her pediatrician said she had.
