I think you should change boyfriends.

ok now. what are you fighting about? how do the arguments start? those are the issues to address. If he does something that sets you off then he needs to change. If not then you need professional help.

I agree with him. You have to find another way to direct this. Take up a hobby or go for a walk or even execise..Any way you look at it,your mood swings will be the cause of many downfalls in your life.I have seen this first hand with family and friends. If you love your boyfriend, then put your ego aside (there is no reason to have an ego anyway). At least he has told you about this,he must love you enough to be open like that. You have alot to look forward to in life, why bog it down with getting mad or being mad all the time...Remember: Don't Sweat the Small Stuff...because it's all Small Stuff...I wish you both Luck..

It really depends on why you fight.
Are you being to senstive? Are they real issues? I'm a fighter to but I pick my battles. Maybe this is a problem you two need to work on together. Trying to change for someone else never works and eventually you revert back to you and wind up resenting the person who asked you to change becuase they you start asking yourself. Why doesn't he like me the way I am... and it's all down hill from there

If you have mood swings, and realize that you do, then ask your gynecologist for help with this, as it might be your hormones. However, nobody should change themselves to please someone else. You have to do it because you want to. Is your boyfriend trying to make you over into someone you are not? This would be a bad thing, because that means he wants to control you. Nobody should control you. Maybe you need a new boyfriend, but only you know for sure.

He obviously really likes you and wants this relationship to continue, or else he would just ditch you.
If he wants you to stop fighting, it takes two to tango, bubba. He's got to stop doing things he knows would make you mad. You are not the only one who needs to change.
