Bad way to diet. After you start eating again, your body will try to store energy as fat to protect you from dying the next time you diet.

It will vary, but there isn't much point in the diet because it's mostly just water weight that you will lose. You'll gain it all back in no time.

Meanwhile, by not eating you'll deprive your brain and other organs the proper nutrition needed to stay healthy.

You might lose a little bit, but it will be all muscle and tissue loss. The minute you start eating again, you will gain it back. You will also fill very weak and dizzy. I don't recommend this diet.

Eat properly and exercise daily and you will lose weight and keep it off. It's the only way.

It depends. Maybe 5 to 8 pounds, but this would mostly be water, and might easily be put on again.

If you starve your body, it will cling on to the fat as a reserve. Better just steam some veggies.
