Marrige is not always the answer. Better question is if you are living together, and if you feel you could be with her for ever? Is the feeling mutual? But I truley belive in marrage because it is the best way to confirm you love and show that you are serious!

Good luck, and make sure it is a romanic proposal!

Yes! If you love her unconditionally, if no-one can change your mind: propose to her! If she's your companion, best buddy, lover, confidant and everything else inbetween - what you waiting for!?

Good luck :)

No offence mate, but if you're having to ask it on here, it suggests that you're not certain in your heart, so the answer has to be a "No".
