I need a lil advise. This week is my grandma's bday, my mom's parents, i lost my mom when i was 6. I bought her as gift a digital frame. And i thought i upload it with pics before i give it to her to be a cooler effect. I thought of uploading it with most representive pics of them over the years since their wedding pic, my aunts, cuz they live out of town and out of the country, and all their grandkids. Should i avoid using a pic in which my mom would appair? i dont wanna make her sad.

Include your mom. A picture of the whole family is worth more than leaving somebody out of it, because the person passed on. A lot of beautiful memories come from pictures of people that had spent time together, whether it was short or long.

If it was a happy time with your mom then by all means use it. All we have as we get older is our memories, and it's nice to think about good times now and then. It's better than setting around and just thinking about times like that so to say. It always helps when you have some sort of a visual ti kinda jump start those memories.

No. It might make her sad to not see your mom in the picture. Seeing everyone else EXCEPT your mom, will be pretty obvious. Put your mom in the picture.
I'm sure your grandma has many fond memories of her, and would appreciate the reminder.

Yes load a picture of your mother. Most people want to remember the good things about people that pass away. All we have is memories, and a photo will bring to mind a good memory. I think that if you leave her out, someone may think that she is trying to be forgotten, when in reality all that is left is the memory. God Bless!

It sounds like a great gift, I would include your mother in the pictures though. It will be sad to see her but pictures are GOOD memories (usually :P) I think your grandmother will be very happy with the gift. She's got a great grandson. :D
Have a great day and I hope you and your grandmother enjoy her birthday.

You should use a pic of ur mom. They aren't really gone if they live in our hearts. I would she will probably cry that u took all the time and made it so special anyway.. don't hold back.. use the family past and present. ..........Yes I vote yes

if your grandparents outlived your mother, then I think you should put in at least a few pics of your mom. I don't think it will make her sad in a bad way. I think your idea is a great one. That also gives me an idea of what to give my father for his B-day.
thanks and good luck.

hi,
the idea is so sweet, and such a good way to keep the love of family members near. you should not avoid pictures of you mom. it wont make your grandma sad it will make her happy that you thought of her in that way. and that you loved your mom enough to keep her memory so deep in your heart, and that you though of her enough to share that deep love with her.
