The vet....quickly. Something is terribly wrong. It could be that the dog ate someting that she shouldn't but an exam is the best thing. Good luck.

I agree vet ASAP.

It the vomit resembles fecal matter your pup could have a tork in the intestines or be suffering from an intestinal blockage. Which are both 100% fatal if left untreated or treated too late.

This is taken from the link provided below:

Vomiting stool: Vomit which looks and smells like a bowel movement usually indicates an extremely serious, life-threatening situation. Complete blockage of the lower intestines and severe trauma to the digestive tract are often suspected. Consider this symptom an emergency!

I don't mean to be rude but why are you asking for answers here???? You should have already been to the Vet. PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE TAKE HER TO THE VET!!!Any animal that is lethargic and vomiting needs to be seen by a vet as in yesterday!! Dehydration is a major problem as is the cause.

There are many things that could be causing this as in other answers eaten something they shouldn't have, been poisoned, have a disease.

You didn't mention if the was any diarrhoea or not, or if she was eating or not. With little info to go on one can only come up with suggestions. Parvo virus, Corona Virus, both of which can be deadly not only to your own dog but to many others (this you will know by the smell, as there is nothing like it) and the bowel movements will be watery like but almost blood colored with or without a mucous like substance.

Again..........please take her to the vet.........If she becomes too dehydrated it can cause irreversable damage to her internal organs. Please e-mail me when you have an answer I would appreciate it.

If she is vomiting up what looks/smells like diarrhea-you need to get her to the vet now!! She could have a blockage, which means if the stool cannot get out-it will come up. It could be a form of bloat or, once I saw such a severe case of worms, this also happened. She is lethargic because she is probably dehydrated too.If your vet is closed today-get her to any open emergency vet center you can find. And I personally would notwaste asecond. Good Luck.

I'm sure my German Shephard had this. He was in contact with
younger pups from our breeder and ended up getting the parvo virus. GET THE DOG TO A VET NOW ! Your dog can die from this virus. They get very dehydrated and lethargic. I hope you don't wait to see if it just goes away, because it won't ! Our dog survived the virus with veterinary care.
Good Luck !
PS. If you have small children in the house or other animals you need to disinfect with bleach.

Take this dog to the emergency vet now! This sounds like an obstruction or partial obstruction if she is vomiting fecal matter up.

Get her to the vet immediately!! Could be any number of problems but all of them require vet care.

Good luck I hope she is okay.

By the way in many states (should be all of them) if your dog is sick and in need of medical care and you don't take her to the vet you can be arrested.
