It really depends on the girl. You should talk to her, and see what develops. Then see if you really like her. And if you do, and she likes you, then YOU make the first move. It's all in the timing. And show some signs that you like her too. Don't go all plain vanilla, don't be too overly flirty, just be yourself so she can get to know the real you.

depends on the two people and your age...my fiancee and I talked for two weeks non-stop before starting to date (then again at the time we were 23 and 26).

its how much u ache to be with that person.

there really isnt a specific time limit. just get to know her when you know alot about her, what she likes what she doesnt, what she wants for the future, and when your feel comfortable enough to. if you have enough in common with her then go for it.
