You can't boost her confidence, she is the only one who can do that. Now looks is only skin deep, and it take more then looks to make it. She need to work on herself, go to the library, and check out books or CD"s on self esteem, and then she can work on her self. Do this together, it could be fun, and very rewarding!

have a makeover day with all the pampering that comes with it. you girls deserve it. you can also have her face a fear she has. if she's afraid of heights, go skydiving. show her that she can do anything.

you can't do anything except thell her she's cute....if she doesn't believe you there isnt much else you can do.
