Not sure if you want to buy or rent - I guess retail means buy? Anyway, there is a wedding dress shop on Phaya Thai Road (Victory Monument BTS) - keep going for a hundred meters or so when you get to Century Park Plaza (the mall on the junction of Phaya Thai Road and Soi Ragnam).
I think there is also one next to the Asia hotel.
There are lots of them in Bangkok. Western-style wedding dresses are quite popular with Bangkokian brides.

Practically all major markets have a couple of them if u mean shops for buying wedding dresses. The word retailers foxed me a bit.

I have seen them all over the city, while driving down a road your see them displayed in windows. Also yes the malls will have them too, Paragon, emporium, etc. however the small shop may be a better buy then paragon or emporium.

Thonglor, pratunam, anywhere in bangkok.. they are everywhere especially in the malls.
