Jogging is the best way in my opinion to loose weight. Tie in some sit-ups, crunches, and other abdominal exercises. A combination of these two workouts will make you look like a movie star, as long as you keep them up.

Any weight loss exercise. Walking, running, elliptical machine, stepper.
