Unfortunately, you will not find a method with less cash. The only way to remove stretch marks is surgery. Some creams may tighten the area and will help provide a smoother appearance temporarily, but they will never eliminate them. Surgery is your only option.

Mederma really works great for them and so does going to the tanning bed. The tanning bed will make them look more like your natural skin color and barely visible. You don't need to bake in there but a month of tanning(going 2x's a week) you'll be able to tell a difference.
